The NCT Asia Pacific 2018 conference and exhibition will be held from 28 May till 30 May 2018 at the Tokyo Marriott Hotel. Address:  4-7-36 Kitashinagawa, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo 140-0001 Japan, Phone: +81 3-5488-3911. IB Consultancy is arranging preferential room rates at the Tokyo Marriott Hotel for you. NCT Reception

On May 29th NCT Asia Pacific 2018 will host the famous NCT Reception. This year, we will host the reception at the beautiful Tokyo Marriott Hotel.  All delegates, speakers and exhibitors are invited to join the reception.

Internet Access and Electricity

Complimentary WIFI internet access will be provided in all the function rooms of the Tokyo Marriott Hotel for the participants of the event. The username and the password will be provided to you on site. In Japan the power sockets are of type A and B. The standard voltage is 100 V and the standard frequency is 50-60 Hz.

A voltage converter and a plug adapter may be necessary, depending on your country of departure.


Lunch and Refreshments

Refreshments will be provided during the Networking Refreshment and Lunch breaks, according to the program. In case you have a special dietary requirement linked to health issues, please inform us via eventsteam@ib-consultancy.com in advance. We will do our best in order to accommodate your needs.


Conference Presentations

After the event, all of our speakers’ presentations will be uploaded under their individual profiles in PDF format in the NCT CBRNe App as well as in the program section, under each session. We will notify you when all presentations will be uploaded.

Driving Directions
